Purpose

Why?

As Temple Grandin said

“When I was younger, I was looking for this magic meaning of life. It’s very simple now. Making the lives of others better, doing something of lasting value, thats the meaning of life. It’s that simple.”

Through the time, I realised that coaching is how I can be a partner in others’ lives for them to be better and attain greater fulfilment in their lives. It’s that simple!

What?

To make others’ lives better, I do many pro bono coaching sessions and via my skills of professional coaching, I partner with clients for them to reach their potential. I also train new and upcoming Scrum Masters on the main characteristics of “being” a Scrum Master rather than just learning about a framework.

How?

About Rohit

You were brilliant at your job. So you were promoted to lead people.

Nobody taught you how. Suddenly, you're in rooms where nobody talks about code or deliverables. They talk about strategy, org design, OKRs, and "getting alignment." Your calendar is full, but you feel like you're achieving nothing. Your team looks to you for clarity and you're still figuring out what clarity even means at this level. |

I've been there. I spent years in technology leadership, working with agile teams, shaping org design, and learning the hard way that knowing how to do the work and knowing how to lead the people who do the work are two completely different skills.

Today, I coach senior leaders through that transition.

I am an ICF-PCC certified Executive and Leadership Coach. My background is in technology, agile, strategy, org design, and OKRs. I bring all of that into my coaching. But what makes my approach different is how I think.

I'm also a documentary wedding photographer. Photography trained me to see what others miss. To focus on the one thing that matters and let everything else blur. To know when to step in and when to stay back. To frame the moment, not control it.

That's exactly how I coach. I don't give you advice. I help you see your own situation with sharper focus. We strip away the noise, find the frame, and work on the one thing that will actually move you forward.

If you're a senior leader transitioning from doing the work to leading it, I'd like to talk.

Present modified by the past becomes the future.
