About Rohit

It all started when…

I experienced my first agile transformation back in 2009 and became a Scrum Master in 2010. Little did I know that moving to a Scrum Master role will have a massive impact on me as a professional.

I've been there. I spent years in technology leadership, working with agile teams, shaping org design, and learning the hard way that knowing how to do the work and knowing how to lead the people who do the work are two completely different skills.

Today, I coach senior leaders through that transition.

I am an ICF-PCC certified Executive and Leadership Coach. My background is in technology, agile, strategy, org design, and OKRs. I bring all of that into my coaching. But what makes my approach different is how I think.

I'm also a documentary wedding photographer. Photography trained me to see what others miss. To focus on the one thing that matters and let everything else blur. To know when to step in and when to stay back. To frame the moment, not control it.

That's exactly how I coach. I don't give you advice. I help you see your own situation with sharper focus. We strip away the noise, find the frame, and work on the one thing that will actually move you forward.

If you're a senior leader transitioning from doing the work to leading it, I'd like to talk. If you are looking for Executive Coaching or Life Coaching services, you can book 1-2-1 sessions here.

RAKBHA – You may be curious what does RAKBHA mean. This word derives from part of my father’s RAK (Rakesh) and mother’s name BHA (Bharti). They were my first teachers, coaches & consultants in my life.
