The Scrum Mastery Pathway™ Training

Scrum Mastery Pathway Licensed Guide

Last month, I became one of the very first Scrum Mastery Pathway guide which is based on Geoff Watts’ Scrum Mastery book.

The Agile trainings I have been part of before were all two or three days workshops. This pathway is based on using exploration and curiosity to enhance the learning in a group. The Scrum Mastery Pathway is a structured support system that guides students through the application of theory to their real-world challenges over time. Scrum Mastery Pathway nurtures Scrum Masters over time for real success in their role. We are uncovering better ways of developing Scrum Masters. Through this work we have come to value:

A continuous learning pathway over a one-off course
Group exploration over individual reflection
Guided navigation over a solo journey
An immersive adventure over personal surety

I have experienced while training for Professional Coaching is that a 3 to 6 month learning journey is more useful than a two day scrum training because you explore your challenges with cohort group sessions which spans the whole program. You learn and share together and gain knowledge as a group.

You will begin by exploring all the major skills and facets of great Scrum Masters then be supported while you navigate the challenges of applying these skills in your day-to-day working life for six months before coming back for deeper skills transfer to set you up for your future, ongoing adventures as a great Scrum Master.
